Terms/Conditions of Punishment for Hall of Shamers

First off let me say, I am disappointed in the members that seem that they had no choice but to resort to cheating.. nor do I enjoying having to ban members from this community.
That being said, this is what we came up with as for a just punishment.
This is not open for discussion and begging to bring someone back early will not work!! Though, if you aren't sure of these conditions or have a question.. ask.

1. Two week ban on the members that are involved from October 1 to October 15, 2009. It will start late morning tomorrow my time.

2. Your old nick will be disallowed for any further use and your old profile will be deleted. Any Aliases will also be disallowed.

3. When your two week period is up I will re-register you under the nick I provide and the e-mail you provided to me. You will be given a temp password when you login. You can only register under one nick!! If you share your computer with a friend or family ..let me know and I'll note that for future reference.
I will e-mail you your nick and temp password to the e-mail you provided when it is near the end of the ban time.

4. You will also be allowed to download tourneys but WILL NOT submit any scores for 1 month upon your return. I will give you your suspension date upon your return. This will take care of starting from scratch on the tourneys when your allowed to play them again.

5. Any one caught from here on out with a suspicious score will have to prove that it's a legit score. You can do this by submitting their hunter profile .sii file and nick.def file to me. Failure to do so in a 48 hour period of time, will result in you losing your privilege to continue to be a member on this site. In other words a permanent ban.

6. You will not be allowed to be in a clan.

This is a 1 time offer ONLY.. Anyone else caught cheating will not be so lucky.

The above has been discussed and approved by the Site Administrations and Moderators. SCS is aware of this too.

Hopefully, within the week we should know when the hu10 tourneys and the scoreboard reset will be taken care of.

okay e-mails have been sent ..the folks that were banned are registered under a nick I gave them and a temporary password ..which can be changed after you log in.
If anyone didn't receive their e-mail .. e-mail me with a valid e-mail addy. I need one that will go thru.

If your having trouble login in let me know via e-mail.
I also had to change my yahoo account ..I locked myself out of the old one ..so if you were on my YIM and want to be readded .. click the YIM box.

so far I've had e-mails bounce back from ..so need valid e-mails from you two.
